By owning my design, you've agreed to my TOS.

You must own my design for at least 2 weeks before trading/selling them.

DO NOT resell my design for more than what you got them for unless extra art is added.

My design must have at least 1 art added before you trade/sell it. [art from others counts]

Do NOT hoard my designs unless you are using them and not getting them for your "collection."

DO NOT give my designs to anyone on my blacklist, You will be blacklisted if found doing so.

I DO NOT allow co-owns, closed trade, or return policy for my designs unless you're someone I can trust.

Obtaining my design through trade will revert its worth to $0 or the base value (what the first owner paid for)

My designs are not allowed to be owned off-site. If the owner doesn't have a th, I'm more than happy to give them a code.

If I've allowed you to co-own my design, please don't make a duplicate profile for them. Just put in the description who the co-owner is.

Do NOT private my designs. If you wish to private them, please either authorize me or give me access key to them so I can still view them.

Do NOT change the race/skin tone of a design.

Do not use my design for hate speech/controversy.

Refrain from taking heavy inspiration from my designs.

Refrain from making a child/sibling character off my designs.

Redesigns are fine as long as you credit me for the original design.

Do Not remove my credit from a design I made. Doing so will get you blacklisted.

Color-picking my design is fine, but refrain from using all of the colors and do ask permission from the owner.

If you're getting my design for someone else, please notify me first so I won't be confused. [trade cooldown will not apply In this situation]

Please refrain from making joke/fake bids.

I will not accept private bids (dm bids) unless you're a mutual.

When bidding, reply to the previous bidder to notify them of your bid.

When backing out please notify me with a reason as to why. Doing so too often will get you blocked.

Please refrain from deleting your bids; doing so will result in a warning. (3 warnings = blacklisted)

Be sure you want the character you're bidding for, I don't want anyone to end up making an impulse purchase.

If I have accepted your bid, you have 48 hours to pay; failure to do so, then I will accept the previous person's bid.

When offering OCs, please state who's off-limits.

Mixed offers are acceptable ( ex. art + OCs, currency + OCs, etc.)

Feel free to remind me if I have yet to give a response within 24 hours

read the description of my adopts thoroughly to know what I accept and what I don't

Do NOT guilt trip/pressure me to accept your offer, doing so will result in a blacklist.

Refrain from offering more than 10+ art, I don't wish for you to overwork yourself.

When offering art please link your art tab/examples as it would make it easier for me to see your art.

I have the right to go with whichever offer I want for my designs; don't be mad at me if I decline your offer.

You have up to 2 months to finish the art you owe me, but I'm always open to giving you more time if needed.

Do NOT Ghost me once I've accepted your offer on my adopts. you will be permanently blacklisted for ghosting if you do.

When offering art PLEASE state the amount of art and the type of art you're offering. I prefer you to make the choice, not me.

Only offer on my design if you have plan to use them and not with the purpose of "collecting" them. i don't want them to collect dust.

Do not guilt trip me or the owner if you didn't get the freebie you want.

You're not allowed to sell a design that you obtained from a raffle/gift or free until extra art is added.

I tend to be very forgetful so if I have yet to transfer an oc to you in 12-24 hours please notify me/remind me.

The extra art must at least be colored before you trade the oc. I want them to at least be somewhat used or loved.

Only claim my freebies if you'll use the design and not get them to just not do anything to them and just be collections.

You can only claim 2 freebies per day, trying to get more with an alt acc or through a friend will get you blacklisted/blocked.

When writing a reason for a WTA, please state what you will use them for, complimenting their design will not be counted as a reason.

I will NOT do any form of fetish/kink/NSFW art.

Do NOT rush me to finish your art unless I didn't give you any updates for 2 weeks.

If you wish for a specific pose or expression for the art i'm doing for you please let me know.

You are allowed to cancel a commission/owed if I haven't given any sort of updates for months.

I will NOT do a custom that's based on any terrible organizations of sorts (like N/zi, KKK, etc)

NEVER ask me to make a design based on someone else's character, if you pressure me for one I will block you

Be aware that i may take a while to finish any art due to being busy with personal life and having motivation issues.

Do NOT repost my art anywhere without my permission, unless you're the one who commissioned the art/the art is for you.

Refrain from making changes to my art. if there's something that needs fixing let me know and I'll fix it for you if possible.

When commissioning a custom design please be specific about what you'd like, and provide me with images and clear descriptions.

Please let me know in advance if you have a specific deadline you'd like me to finish your art by, so I can prioritize it accordingly.

The commissioner decides when to make the payment. I prefer payment once i finish, but paying after i finished the lineart is also fine by me.
