Terms Of Service

These are my terms of services, be sure to read them before owning my design and commissioning me !

Design TOS

  • By owning my design, you've agreed to my TOS.

  • When obtaining my design there's a 2 week cool-down before you can trade/sell then.

  • Credit old designs created before 2022 to lukxshxka!

  • Do NOT change the race/skin tone of a design.

  • Do not take heavy inspiration from my designs.

  • Do not use my design for hate speech/controversy.

  • Do not make a child/sibling character off my designs.

  • My design must have at least 1 art added before being traded/sold.

  • Redesigns are fine as long as you credit me for the original design.

  • Co-own, close trade, or return policy for my designs are NOT ALLOWED.

  • Do Not remove my credit from a design I made. Doing so will get you blacklisted.

  • If you wish to privatize my designs, either auth me or provide me with an access key to them.

  • My designs are not allowed to be owned off-site from th. I'm happy to give an invite code if needed.

  • DO NOT give my designs to anyone on my blacklist. If found doing so on purpose, you will be blocked.

  • DO NOT re-sell my design for more than what you got them for unless comms/personal art has been added.

  • If you're getting my design for someone, please notify me so I won't be confused. (trade cooldown will not apply In this situation)

  • Color-picking my design is ok, but refrain from using the entire color palette of the design, and do ask permission from the owner.

  • If my design is traded, its worth resets to $0 or the original price. For mixed offers (USD + art/etc), only the USD counts toward its value.

₊📝❜⋮ Bidding

  • refrain from making joke/fake bids.

  • holds/payment plans are given Only up to a month.

  • I will not accept private bids (dm bids) unless you're a mutual.

  • When bidding, reply to the previous bidder to notify them of your bid.

  • refrain from deleting your bids, doing so will result in a warning. (3 warnings = blacklisted)

  • When backing out please notify me with a reason why. If you back out often, you will get blocked.

  • Be sure you want the character you're bidding for, I don't want anyone to end up making an impulse purchase.

  • If I have accepted your bid, you have 48 hours to pay; failure to do so, then I will accept the previous person's bid.

₊📝❜⋮ Offering/OTA

  • state who's off-limits when offering Ocs.

  • remind me if I have yet to give a response within 24 hours

  • Mixed offers are okay! ( ex. art + OCs, currency + OCs, etc.)

  • You get up to 2 months to finish owed art, you may ask for more time.

  • Only offer if you plan to use them, not to "collect" them for your collection.

  • Do NOT guilt trip/pressure me to accept your offer, doing so will result in a blacklist.

  • Refrain from offering more than 10+ art, I don't wish for you to overwork yourself.

  • You are given 48 hours to respond once i accept your offer. ghosting me will get you blocked.

  • When offering OCs , please refer to my preference list to know what i like in ocs and those alike.

  • When offering art, link examples + state the amount and type you're offering. Don't make me choose.

₊📝❜⋮ Freebie/Raffle

  • Do not guilt trip anyone if you didn't get the freebie you want.

  • Remind me if i haven't transfer a freebie for more than 24 hours

  • Only claim freebies if you'll use the design and not hoard them for your collection.

  • 2 freebies a day per person. Using alts/friends to bypass this will get you blacklisted, be fair.

  • When writing a reason for a WTA, please state what you will use them for complimenting the design will not be counted as a reason.

  • DO not sell/trade a freebie until extra art has been added. [if selling, only personal/comms art is added to worth.] extra art must have effort.

If you've read through everything and not skim through this, put the word "stardust" when you claim a freebie or offer on my designs.

Art/Comms TOS

  • ALWAYS credit me for my art.

  • credit my bases/doodles to lukxshxka

  • art progress on owed/comms is logged in my trello!

  • Do NOT rush me unless there are no updates for 2 weeks.

  • You're allowed to cancel if no updates are given for 2 months.

  • Be aware i may take a while to finish art due to busy life, and motivation issues.

  • Let me know in advance if you have a deadline, so I can prioritize you accordingly.

  • Do NOT use my art for hate speech or anything related to harmful groups (e.g, Nazi, KKK, etc).

  • DO NOT trace, copy, and heavily reference my art. Light reference is okay, just credit me.

  • DO NOT request customs based on someone else’s character. I will block you if pressured to do it.

  • If you spot any issues in the art I've done for you, I’ll be more than happy to fix them if possible.

  • Refunds are eligible ONLY if you paid before wips are given, and if I've gone 2 months with no updates.

  • Be specific with your order, provide clear refs/description, pose ideas, and images if needed for customs.

  • Do NOT repost my art anywhere without my permission, unless you're the one who commissioned it/the art is for you.

  • commissioner decides when to make the payment. payment after finishing the art is preferred, but after the lineart is also fine.

Won't Draw

  • heavy gore

  • nsfw themes

  • Fetish/kink art

  • problematic art

  • hate speech in any way

Will Draw

  • ferals

  • anthros

  • simple mechas

  • Human/humanoids

  • i'm open to anything, if it's too difficult i'll lyk.

If you've read through everything, when you wish to commission me, please say "starfruit" so i know you've read it.

Blacklist

Users on this list cannot own any of my designs and interact with me, anyone who gives my design to the people below will be blacklisted aswell.

  • im_me/loss [PERMANENT] - Gave me and multiple others traced artwork for commission and gift art

  • aidenz [PERMANENT] - Character theft

  • SweetSimon/CruelCabrera [PERMANENT] - Personal reasons

  • Anyone who blocks me, i'm just not comfy with people who dislike me owning my designs.

Greylist

People on this list could still own my designs. however, I prefer if they don't interact with me at all.

Feel free to reach out if you’d like to reconcile. I’m open to make amends, as I prefer not to have bad relationships with anyone, except those who have caused me distress/harmed the people I care about.

what you can do

  • Make headcanons of my OCs

  • Start a convo with me/do small talk

  • Linking our ocs as friends, enemies, etc.

  • Ask to be friends/mutual if you're above 18

  • Ask questions about my OCS or my OC's world

  • Offer on my OCS without the off-limit and fh tag

  • Make a fan OC of sorts for my OC story universe, Asterin

  • Draw my Ocs, having them interact with your OC is fine too!

  • Favoriting my OCS and putting them on dreamie list (spam fav is fine)

  • Use my OCS in your story/ OC's backstory contact me first about this

DON'T:
what you cannot do

  • DO NOT Kin my OCs or even me.

  • DO NOT Use my OCs in your Roleplay.

  • DO NOT Ask to Co-own my characters with you.

  • DO NOT Make pedophilic/incest ships with my OCs.

  • DO NOT Sexualize any of my OCs or me.(simping my OCs is fine!)

  • DO NOT Draw NSFW of my OCs (artistic nudity is fine for adult OCs)

  • DO NOT Ship my OC with yours, I'm not comfortable with this, sorry.

  • DO NOT Make problematic art of my OCs (hate speech, pedophilic, etc)

  • DO NOT Guilt trip/Gaslight/Manipulate/Peer pressure me (blocked instantly.)

  • DO NOT Offer on OCs with fh tag (unless I offered them to you/allowed you to offer on them)

  • DO NOT Persistently offer on my character after I've declined your offer. please don't do this.

  • DO NOT pressure me to give an immediate response, understand that i'm busy and have a life outside of the internet.
